It's newly constructed, has a fully equipped kitchen & coffee corner. It's close 7-minute walking distance to a grocery shop and local restaurants. And as well as 5 min away walking distance is the central bus station with good connections.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, with a smaller private and free parking place for smaller car, 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living space with a fully equipped kitchen. And it's fully available for the guests.
The apartment is located in the center of the historical Icod de los Vinos. The location has a good connection with famous tourist points in the Northern part of Tenerife. Nearby are also a local beach, the famous Dragon Tree, hiking places through plantations of bananas, museum of bananas and butterflies.
